Ring Sizing, Repair and Refinishing
Uh oh! Did you order the wrong size? Did you get acetone on your ring? Don't Panic! Hawaii Titanium Rings cares about their clientele before, during and long after your purchase. We are here for you, whether you need a new size, have damaged your ring, or you just want it to look new again. We are the only ones who know how to repair our rings and we have seen it all so do not hesitate to take advantage of your guarantee, we always want your ring on your finger and looking great!
Do not void the guarantee by having someone else work on your ring, just send it to us in a secured package with tracking and include a note with your requests and contact info. The refinishing fee is $25 and the remake fee is $40 and we will contact you for that when the ring is finished. International shipping will be an additional $25.
